Some of the common questions we get asked about LockedOn.

Is LockedOn Multi User?
LockedOn is a single user license. This means it is installed on one machine and can have one person access it. If you wish to have more than one copy in your office this is possible, but LockedOn is not networked so the data will not be shared. Please contact ray@lockedonhq.com for volume license prices.

Is LockedOn Web Based?
LockedOn has some features that are web based such as our unique World Rankings System. All of your client information is stored locally on your machine In the C:/ drive. This means that LockedOn is most suited for a Laptop if you would like to take your data around with you.

I have a PA can they use it for me?
Yes your PA can use LockedOn for you. It depends on your setup and operations with your PA but a decision needs to be made whether you install LockedOn on the PA’s machine or the agent’s machine. In LockedOn you can delegate daily tasks to the PA and the agent so each day you can both see what you need to do.

Does LockedOn handle all Listings in my office or just mine?
LockedOn was developed with the single sales person in mind. More and more we have sales people running their own business inside a business or franchise. LockedOn can handle all the companies listings, but as a single sales agent you would have to physically enter all the listings the office gets into LockedOn.

Do the SMS credits get charged to my mobile phone plan?
