If the policy is changed, the changes will be posted on Locked On Interactive’s website, so that you will always be aware the type of information collected, how it may be used and under what circumstances this information may be disclosed by Locked On Interactive. If by law Locked On Interactive is required to release information, Locked On Interactive will not hesitate to do so.

3. What sort of information does the Locked On Interactive collect?
Locked On Interactives collects personal information about you in the following ways:

  • Name, address, email address, phone numbers via telephone calls and/or email and post.
  • All credit card information is transmitted using encryption and processed using PayPal's secure merchant solutions. PayPal complies with all PCI compliance standards to ensure your credit card details are secure.
  • Your credit card information is NOT stored anywhere within the LockedOn software. All credit card information is stored securely within our PayPal Solution.
  • If credit card information is collected outside the LockedOn software setup process and is provided by yourself over the phone or in person, once the transaction has been processed it is shredded immediately.

4. How is your information used by Locked On Interactive?
Locked On Interactive collects your information to provide you with a specific service. For example, you may be notified when specific events are triggered within the LockedOn software, of any changes to the software, and any future promotions that may occur.

5. Who does Locked On Interactive disclose personal information to?
Any voluntary information supplied by you or by a representative on your behalf through email or hard copy forms, will be used only for your establishment. We do NOT provide third parties with access to you or your companies’ data unless (as stated earlier) required by law.

  • Security systems in place protecting Locked On Interactive’s premises against theft
